Where does the platform work?
TapLaunch is compatible with 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. It’s cross-platform and works on all devices and operating systems.
How much storage does it use on my phone?
TapLaunch is designed to be lightweight, using less than 100 KB of storage when added to your home screen. This allows you to access your personalized app launcher without taking up valuable space on your device.
How do I save storage?
By using TapLaunch, you can save significant storage space on your phone. For example, if you have large apps installed, you can uninstall them and access them through TapLaunch's optimized web versions, saving potentially hundreds of megabytes.
Do I have to update?
No updates are required for TapLaunch. You'll always have the latest version available automatically, ensuring a smooth experience without the hassle of manual updates.
Does it use battery power?
TapLaunch only uses battery power when you're actively using the platform, making it an efficient tool for daily use.
I joined, now what?
After joining TapLaunch, we recommend personalizing your profile. You can search for apps, organize them into folders, and create custom shortcuts for quick access. Share your favorite apps with friends and invite them to join the TapLaunch community.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, TapLaunch is free to use. No credit card is required.
How do I join?
Download TapLaunch App, and add TapLaunch to your smartphone's home screen. Registration is easy and can be done via email, Facebook, or Google.
Do I have to log out?
There's no need to log out. Simply close TapLaunch when you're done, and you'll be instantly online the next time you open it.
Why add to home screen?
Adding TapLaunch to your home screen gives you direct access to your personal app launcher, making it easier to manage and access your apps in the Cloud.

How do I get my app uploaded?
Click on the “+ Upload App” button and follow the provided guidelines to submit your app.
What kind of links/URLs can be uploaded?
We support the upload of all responsive, mobile-optimized websites.
Why can’t I use links to the Apple App Store or Google Play?
TapLaunch is Cloud-based, so we cannot use links that direct to downloadable content. We focus on web apps that can be accessed instantly without downloading.
What is a web app?
A web app is an application stored on a remote server and delivered over the Internet through a browser interface.
What is a native app?
A native app is a smartphone application downloaded to your device, coded in a specific programming language like Objective-C for iOS or Java for Android.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your TapLaunch account by going to your profile settings and selecting the delete option. Your account and all associated data will be immediately removed.
